Pilates Equipment Studio

VC pilatesstudio

Pilates is a dynamic conditioning exercise designed to create correct postural alignment by challenging one’s core strength and flexibility. It encourages deep abdominal strength that allows the spine to feel supported thus relieving pressure from the lower back. Pilates is suitable for people of all abilities.

Pilates at the Vitality Centre offers a unique experience where clients receive rarely found individual attention with fully qualified and experienced instructors. Lisa Lamberti, a renowned Pilates instructor has set up this fabulous studio. Lisa supervises and mentors all the instructors to ensure that all the instructors work as a team and provide sessions of the highest quality which are all tailored for each individual.

Our spacious and well equipped studio offers the perfect environment for clients to feel like they can get the most out of their time with us and the best value for money.

No membership is required, and booking times are flexible between 8am and 9pm. Regular time slots can also be allocated and are preferred by most.

We specialise in all ranges of Pilates: From professional athletes to the rehabilitation of everyday injures (with Osteopathic advice available), pre and post natal training, and body sculpting and toning. Elements of Gyrosynthesis are added to our Pilates sessions, as a means of enhancing mobility.

‘I love the freedom and flexibility I have re-discovered in my body. The team at the Vitality Centre are extremely caring and inspiring. I cannot imagine a week without my session – you have to try it to understand it…’ S.V Kingston 2008

The difference of attending Pilates Sessions at Vitality Centre:

• No membership required
• Well qualified instructors
• Individual attention
• Private or Semi-private sessions
• Sessions available for Pregnancy (Pre and post natal)
• Sessions for Rehabilitation (all instructors work closely with osteopaths to ensure the best programme for you)
• Elements of Gyrosynthesis incorporated – this encourages a circular range of movement which enhances the fluidity of the spine and helps reduce muscular tension

Additional information:

If you have had any injuries or operations and have any reports please bring those with you to your session so that the instructor can be fully informed of your past medical history.

Try not to eat for at least an hour before your session so that your food is fully digested before you begin. Please bring some warm clothes to wear after the session so that your body temperature can be maintained. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers (some of the session will be without shoes & socks). There are toilets where you can change if necessary. Water is provided.

So now simply come and enjoy enhancing your well-being…
